 In Matsumoto Co., Ltd., every single production line at every plant has a clean room, as part of our efforts for quality manufacturing and film processing of excellent precision and quality. Maintaining the level of cleanness, we optimize our production environments for stable and reliable production.
In addition, with confidentiality agreements for trial production etc., we have tight and strict control over our production information to prevent its leakage. In our production environments, no production process or product is visible in whole, not only to visitors but also to our employees. We do everything to protect customers’ confidentiality.

Our material warehouses are kept at a constant temperature.
One characteristic of film materials is their thermal fluctuation. In order to minimize such fluctuation and produce high-precision products, we thoroughly control the temperature and humidity in every part of our facilities. When we expect any changes in quality over time due to heating, cooling, etc., we calculate these changes quantitatively and control the materials accordingly. With such tight controls, we promise to provide all our customers with end products as precise as specified by their drawings. This is just another example of what we are capable of with our own know-how as an expert on the characteristics of film materials. |
